Global research strategist driving growth through insights

I am a quantitative marketing research consultant with over 15 years of global experience helping brands better understand their consumers, markets and growth opportunities.

Over the course of my career, I’ve led and supported large scale segmentation and quantitative research programmes across 18 markets, working primarily with global brands across CPG and financial services. This experience has shaped how I approach complex business questions, diverse markets and stakeholder needs.

Today, I bring this expertise into Leonard Insights, my independent Canada-based  consultancy, supporting both Canadian and International clients and partnering with research agencies when additional senior capacity or specialist segmentation expertise is needed. 

My work focuses on consumer and demand/needs-based segmentation, brand portfolio strategy and market landscape understanding. I’m deeply involved in every stage of the research process, from smart sample and questionnaire design through to insight development and strategic storytelling, translating complex data into clear, practical direction teams can act on. 

Leonard Insights is intentionally small and nimble, allowing for hands-on senior involvement, while drawing on trusted network of experienced specialists as projects scale.

At the  heart of my work is curiosity: a genuine desire to understand human behaviour and turn insight into decisions that drive confident growth.
